All I found on the PSA airline was at Wikipedia:
"PSA Airlines, Inc. is an American regional airline headquartered at Dayton International Airport in Vandalia, Ohio, that flies under the American Eagle brand for American Airlines. PSA is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group."

However,the one shown in your screens does not appear to be of this airline. Question

Nope, this one flew for TAME airlines out of Ecuador . . .probably on a lease/contract with PSA as best I can tell. Very Happy

A note on PSA (Pacific Southwest Airlines). They were a US carrier from California
that operated from 1949 to 1988.

They had at least two basic liveries, one of which is displayed beautifully in Jeff's
thread, and the next one featured brighter colours and a large smile painted under
the nose, earning the nickname 'Grinningbirds' .

Sadly, many people remember PSA as a result of the 1978 crash of one of their
727's which, on final approach, collided with a Cessna and crashed into a
San Diego neighbourhood Sad .
